BRU returns
maybe I am the lucky one, but I returned over $1000 worth of items there and had ZERO problems. Some items were on the registry and some were not. I had the receipts for maybe 2 things that were not on the registry, but I had no issues whatsoever. I guess I am wondering what other peoples experiences were that they have such a bad rap!

Nice, what BRU was this? I'll be sure to go to that one, if I need to return anything. I've only returned at Target so far and I know they are supposed to have a bad rap too, and I had no problem.

I have had good and bad experiences. Normally they just say "Next time we wont take it back without a receipt". When I returned stuff from my shower I had no problem at all!

That is a relief. As long as they are willing to give store credit I will happy as I am sure there will be plenty of diapers, wipes etc to be bought w/ the credit

same here...all i'd want is a store credit...that would be ridiculous if they wouldn't accept a returned item for a credit at least!!

This was the BRU in Commack, I have also been to the one in Lake Grove. I did get store credit as I know I will use it.
