i never used the suggested amount. that amount was to make a swamp out of your vag.
i used a dime size amount maybe.

I put a little on my fingertip, maybe dime sized.
I will say this though. DH once grabbed it off the dresser once and tried to apply it....to me I didn't even realize what he was doing until he was doing it.
It wasn't pretty.
I wouldn't suggest it.
