I have read some of stand I agree that it's very informative! Im already so glad I picked it up. Now if we could only begin TTC maybe I could test it out

same here. but it def helped me realize that my +OPKs were meaningless because i never had a temp spike after so i realized i wasnt ovulating.

I just got my copy today too. Hoping to use it for contraception at first and then TTC in a year or two. The information seems really overwhelming. I need to sit down with it with a pencil and highlighter. I also ordered a thermometer and OPK.

I used it when I was TTC two years ago and found it VERY helpful! I never temped, but it did help me understand my cycle etc and now I have an almost 17 month old! Highly recommend!
