Taking Charge of your Fertility Book

So it came today and I started skimming through.

Kind of freaked me out

I have not really been checking for CM...I mean I know I get CM but never check when I get and the days following for egg white CM (now I know what EWCM is... )

Kinda makes me nervous makes me feel like if I dont get EWCM its hard to get preggo....

Any insight??

I just finished it. I skipped over the medical intervention part because I don't want to freak myself out, but I thought it was pretty good. It confirmed some things I thought, but wasn't positive on.

I don't get the whole CM thing. I understand EW, Lotion/Creamy. But the dry and crumbly one I do not understand, never before have I had it where it was like glue.

I think you can have EWCM and not see it though.

i have to say i hated this book and it totally freaked me out, though it is informative. she puts so much emphasis on CM that i was like i don't think i get this!! i really didn't get it much, and the month i got pregnant we didn't even use preseed or mucinex (though we did in prior months) so don't worry too much about it.

it's really big on charting too, from what i remember. in general, the pics just freaked me out.

Some of the pictures of EWCM I was like 'There's no way that's ever going on in there...'

And I've been on a mission to find it ever since.

I've never had it like they show it.

Someone once told me that EWCM is like beauty: Great if it's outside, but more important if it's inside. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it's not there.

Stay hydrated; that'll help. A cup of green tea every morning around O helped too.

I loved this book and it really helped me understand charting. Charting made me feel like I had some part in my whole 2WW and fertility process. Good Luck ladies!
