coming down with something
my throat hurts.. i have a headache. ugh...
can i take big dose of vit C? what are the things to try to do to avoid getting sick? thanks

I am on day 3 with this.
I made all my days half days and have taken nothing. I think you are allowed to take robittussin (NO LETTERS). When you find out/if you find out, let me know. I am so sick...blehhhhhh!!!

i think vit. C is fine because the body just flushes extra vit. C out of the body and doesn't retain it like other vitamins...
