Feeling like im coming down with a cold...argh!
My eyes and itchy, my throat is scratchy,my nose is runny, im terribly achey -
Im 17 weeks and don't want to take any over the counter medications - do you have any "remedies" that I could take to get rid of this cold fast - without taking any medication pleaseeee?

I feel like this too ever since I got pregnant-I am only 5 weeks. I read its because your mucous membranes are swelling and liquid in your body is increasing in general. Its definitely a PITA but also quite amazing. You coul try airborne-I would call your Dr first or you could try ecchinacea and C-also check with your Dr

Lots of rest and fluids. But if it gets unbearable check with your doctor, mine said Sudafed was safe to take when I had a cold while pg.
