I feel like heart burn or acid reflux, what ever this is that leaves me with a mouth full of acid every few minutes should stop now. any ideas how I get that message out.

Gaviscon is better than Tums, and I've been told keeping it in the fridge helps too.

I had it BAD during my last pregnancy. I hadn't had it at all yet this time around and I stupidly thought maybe I wouldn't have to deal with it this time. Then last night I had pizza hut for dinner and about a half hour later- BAM! Hit me like a ton of bricks. and its back again this morning with a vengeance. So I definitely feel your pain!  Smoothie flavored Tums were my best friend last time and I'll be picking up a large supply after work today!
