Heart burn or acid reflux
Lately after I eat or drink its coming upward...not to be gross. What is that?

I think if it is coming upward it is more reflux than heartburn. But I take Tums for both.

Take an antacid, but be careful about how many you take. They can cause really bad problems if you take too many, Cheechee had kidney stones from taking too many! Drink lots of water!

I heard the kidney stones stories too..if I escape that scene I will be so lucky. I have been living off of tums..
Last night in bed, I had to toss myself out, came up twice.

sounds like reflux...try to sit up for 45 mins after you eat. Does it burn a little?
Mine was very uncomfortable and made me cough

Ughh me too! It just won't go away now.
What foods can we avoid?
I purposefully ate garlic yesterday because I would rather taste garlic in my mouth than this nasty aftertaste.
