Pregnant w/# 2 and exhausted...
...all the time. Seriously, I just took a 1.5 nap. Thank goodness DD is a champion napper and still sleeping. My energy level is so low.
Help BTDT mom's: how did you stay energized during your 1st trimester enough to keep up with the activity of a toddler?

I am also pregnant with #2 and extremely exhausted. I don't have the energy to do anything. My DD is one years old and after work I want to play with her but I am soooo tired...I feel bad.
It is also very tough on me because she is getting her molars and doesn't sleep well at night. So I have to rock her back and forth for like an hour in the middle of the night. Between my nausea and weakness, I feel like I have been hit by a truck.

With my 2nd pregnancy I was totally exhausted in the 1st trimester and also had really bad M/S. I'm not going to lie, I spent a lot of time laying on the couch and DD#1 would play around me or watch TV/movies. She didn't mind one bit, but she is a very independent kid.

I'm still exhausted at 21 weeks and the heat doesn't help.
I napped with DD a few times on the weekends and after work (when she didn't nap during the day).
Other than that- I just tried to get to bed as early as possible

I'm on my 3rd pregnancy, and I'm wiped out!!! My kids keep me going, thankgod for camp lol
In my 1st trimester I had a lot of help from my MIL she would get the kids from school for me and take them to her house for dinner sometimes so I could get a brake and nap, I was also very sick, so she helped me a lot!!

I feel the same way! I nap with DS every day and try to go to sleep early every night but still feel like I'm going to fall flat on my face by 4pm every day

I have no advice but lots of I'm going through it myself right now. I also work full time overnights. Ds usually plays around me and TV is always on. I know it horrible but what can you do. I'm so sick and so tired. I can't function. I'm so lucky to have DH home for summer. He has been doing everything around the house. This hear is killing me.
