How do you feel about......
A Magazine rack in a master bathroom. I'm opposed but my DH is a reader of newspapers and magazines and he's also lazy about cleaning up after himself so in an effort to keep peace should I cave in and get something like this?

It's in your master and if it makes him happy I'd do it.
I often see baskets with magazines in them in bathrooms.

Since we have something similar in our bathroom, I'm all for it... 
Especially with kids in the house, sometimes you spend more time in the bathroom than you "need", just because there's a lock on the door, and the kids (usually) leave you alone in the bathroom....

i would say definitely not if it was your main bathroom but since its your master and the only people using it would be you and Dh i say its ok. im not crazy about the one you posted though, maybe theres a nicer option?

Same here, I saw this at TJ MAxx and said this would be a cute magazine/book holder...it was like $20
ETA I thought you said master bedroom sorry...I wouldn't put one.

I think I would put a leather basket from homegoods.
But then one leaky toilet, one overflow, any amount of water on the floor (dripping when coming out of the shower, etc), and it would be damaged, or at least mildewed. I prefer keeping paper and water damageable items off the floor.

Same here-I also think that once something enters the bathroom it should stay there. I don't like the idea of DH reading in the bathroom, but it he does whatever he takes in with him better go right in the trash can

I agree, but inevitably if he's mid-article he leaves the magazine in the bathroom somewhere. Since the bathroom is totally redone I want it to stay nice but I've been married to him long enough to know he's not going to change. I figured if the magazines had a "home" they could stay there rather than on the back of the toilet or on the vanity until he's done and puts them in the trash.

I see nothing wrong with it
people do read in the bathroom if they're going to be in there for a long time.. you might as well have the magazines be organized in a neat way rather than left on the back of the toilet
