cbefm- do you bd the day of your high reading?
so i had a peak the last two days...this morning i got a high. Im pretty sure i O yesterday. Should i bd today or ok if i skip? Im exhausted lol we bd like crazy this week. Unfortunately we didnt bd yesterday (O day) but we did bd 3 days before O

Before is always better than after b/c the egg doesn't live as long as sperm and you want them there waiting  so I definitely don't think you have to if you don't want to, but if you're not 100% sure you O'd I would BD once more.

thanks. I will leave it up to dh and see if he wants to or not. If he doesnt initiate then i wont push it either. This whole thing is exhausting.

We usually skip the high day after the 2 peaks- I am exhausted by then.
