www.redfin.com is the absolute best site, listings come up fastest, tells you more info such as days on market, etc

I used the following:

Listingbook.com
Zillow.com
Homes.com
ZipRealty.com


I never used redfin so I cannot comment on them...good luck!

only Listingbook! It's my absolute favorite. It give so much info as both a buyer and seller account. If you are a seller request an account and tracks all of your competition.

I love this site. I have tried all of the other one's out there and this one is by far my favorite!



Also the other great feature is you can search by map (easier than MLS map search feature). This was important to me, as location was a big factor in which home i might want to buy.

ITA! You can find things sometimes the day before they are lsited on mlsli and also you can view the Exclusive ones too ( which arent on mlsi- just on the companies website)

I saw my current new house on redfin before it even hit MLS. I called that day.Chat Icon

I like zillow



Be warned though, zillow isn't good with updates. I see homes by me listed for sale that were sold a long time ago, and zillow was never updated.

FM! I usually just use msli because they show taxes. I like to see the property taxes.



Listingbook shows the taxes also, you just have to scroll down. I liked Listingbook because it showed any price changes over time. I also liked Redfin.
