My hair is so fine and I can't take it. Are there any products out there to thicken it other than extensions?

Do you dye your hair?

Try putting a gloss into your hair.. it'll thicken it some..

also mousse thickens it as well... how is your hair cut? layers usually add volume to your hair

Yes, I dye my hair

I'm sorry but I'm completly clueless - what do you mean when you say put gloss in???

I have a few layers but nothing heavy b/c I never like how it looks after while. I have bangs that are growing in that I can play around with because they are long enough now

i always say to clients... if you can get your hormones/etc checked. if okay and its okay with doc...adding at least 3mg biotin and some fish oils def makes a difference after a few months for many people!

Re: Is there anyway to thicken your hair?

I cut layers, use mousse, and flip my head upside down when I blow dry it. Every little bit helps. I also use thickening shampoos/conditioners and sprays.

Rusk Thick is a really good one, but it's pricey. This whole line is pretty good, too, but again, I find it pricey.

Usually, I use garnier fructis root thickening spray.
