POAS questions - yesterday there was a line and today nothing?
i POAS last night. i was 5dp5dt and it was postive. HOWEVER this morning, i POAS again and it was negative.
i did a natural transfer, no trigger or anything. does this mean im not prego?

could it be that the line was very faint? what about a digital? Maybe try later in the day or tomorrow morning first thing.

last night it was around dinner time the faint line came up.
this morning, NO LINE - they were both first response tests

I have heard that for some women, their urine is more concentrated later in the day, in which case the line would be darker in the evening. So I would try again tonight. You are still pretty early to test so try not to worry.

my fmus were neg but my afternoon tests were postive...try testing again this afternoon!
