Early Signs...are we just mental?

I see so many posts, myself included, of how we feel in the 2ww - cramps, spotting, nausea, weird dreams, etc. Are we really just imagining all of this?

Today, only when I rest or change activity, I feel cramping. Its way too early for signs, but something is there.

The 2ww is such a mind F#$k!

When I got pregnant I had no symptoms whatsoever! I promised myself that once I start TTC again I will not over analyze anything. I plan on taking a laid back approach and just let things happen. Now that I personally experienced NOT having symptoms I know for sure its possible to be pregnant without any symptoms.

It's not imagining it, for me I never noticed that there was any signs leading up to af. Of course I used to skip months so I just went about my days.

I just lifted my shirt to check out my boobs and saw pronounced blue veins running through them. Darker than usual. I ran out and told DH I may be PG and made him look at my boobs in the light
I think there are definite early signs but I also think they drive us crazy and could be AF too.

In my experience, just crazy In the past months TTC I have experienced "all" the preg symptoms with no actual BFP.. the veins in the boobs, sore boobs, cramps, etc etc! This month I refuse to test early or even think about a symptom! Lots of to us all

I do think we see these "signs" bc we are hoping for bfp's so badly, hence paying attention to every little twinge. My only sign before both of my bfp's was really slight implantation spotting. No other symptoms whatsoever.

I've had all the symptoms too. AF was suppose to be here yesterday, she's a no show so far, and a BFN on the test...... Going to wait til sunday (hopefuly) and test again....

me too..I just posted earlier about it! I have cramps, feel dizzy, always hungry, tired...maybe it is just this weather! Though I hope it's not!

I've been through this before, and remember saying the only signs of PG is a BFP! 2nd time around doesnt help - I'm still neurotic!

I swear I have all these symptoms. I am in the 2ww mark too! I took a test last night just for the hell of it..I knew it was going to be negative but I just couldn't help myself. DH is being so supportive through all this! Hopefully you will get a BFP! We all will!!!!!!!!

don't feel bad...i'm 1dpo and i already have a sympton..my boobs are slighly sore...
but to my defense i had this for both of my last pregnancies as well. Keeping fingers crossed!

I think we're all hopeful. I also think we're all mistaking "symptoms" for what is just the result of changing hormones. Your hormones are changing during the 2ww due to the rise in progesterone and lower estrogen. This is what actually causes symptoms.. thats why women can "swear AF was on its way" only to find out they were pg.. because most often they are the same symptoms resulting from the rise n progesterone. Natures way of messing with us I guess....

I had tons of symptoms the month I got got PG with DS.
Every month right before AF arrives I always have certain symptoms that make me wonder "maybe I'm PG". It really does make you crazy. The only thing I can say is the month I got PG, I just new I was PG. The symptoms where just a little different then I have ever had.
