How do you all confirm your actual O date?
Just curious because i'm still new at this.
Got my smiley face yesterday morning...last night i had significant cramping and this morning i had very very light cramps just for a little bit. If i had to guess i would say I O'd late last night, but is there any way to know for sure?

I never temped, but I usually kept taking OPKs and once they were no longer positive, assumed that was my O day.
So, for me the month I got my BFP-- I got a  Tues AM, PM and Wed AM. I assumed I O'd really Wed night, but counted Thurs as my O day.

Temping is the only way to actually confirm O. Or blood work or a sono. But temping is the only thing you yourself can actually do.

I temp and next cycle will have to do it vag wise because my temps were all over the place and my FF chart said one thing and my body said another. @ 5 days differ, I trust my body more.

exactly..i fond out from my doc but thats with a whole lotta meds and sonos and bloodwork
if ur getting a positive opk just bd and u should be fine

Bloodwork only confirms that you O'd if you want to find out the day you O'd youd have to temp and chart, right? it

Ang...sorry can't quote from my phone lol...I mean when I have gone to doc for a sono and blood,the sono showed nothing and then later that night got the phone call saying I am surging right now can I come in tomorrow for a iui...so it kinda shows the exact time...does that make sense lol
