Tempin Question
For those of you that temp which way do you do it, oral or vag? If you snooze in the morning do you do it when the alarm first goes off or the one when you are about to get out of bed? Also do you use anything else besides tempin to see when you are O?

When I first started temping I did it orally. My temps were so crazy that I thought I wasnt even Oing. I changed to vaginal temps and they were so much clearly. O was like so obvious! I also use OPKs along with temping but trust temping more.

I try to temp right when the alarm goes off but some days I just cant wake myself up enough & wind up taking my temp after hitting the snooze a few times.

No, you should really do it as soon as you get up the first time. Lets say for instance you wake up and you open you mouth (without realizing it) or even the slightest movement from waking up to pressing the snooze button can change your temps. I would take my temp as soon as the alarm went off once done I would go back to sleep then hit the snooze button 3 more times
