Was so scared last night...
So, I'm on bedrest and was laying down for about 95% of yesterday...
Last night, I started feeling period-like cramps every 10 minutes or so for about 45 minutes. I was panicking because a) they told me that's what contractions feel like and b) they told me I wouldn't feel any contractions while on the muscle relaxer, Indomethacin. I'm only 29 weeks!
I climbed up the steps to my bedroom, where DH was sleeping - even though I was set up on the air mattress downstairs since I'm not supposed to do stairs. I woke DH up and just started crying out of fear. He calmed me down and he brought everything I needed up to me in bed so I could stay there. I never felt one more cramp once I was upstairs.
I have my appt with my doc tomorrow morning. I'm not going to call them today, because I'm afraid they'll tell me to go to the ER or something, even though it's been about 12 hours since I felt those cramps. If I didn't have tomorrow's appt, I would have called already.
I feel fine now, but that just scared me. Maybe it was gas? And maybe everything got moved around when I went up the steps, so it stopped?
Sorry for long... thanks for reading.
ETA: DH rocks... he left for work at 5am, but before that, brought me up cereal with a glass of milk, my laptop, phone, water and anything else I would need so I don't have to leave bed. He's been amazing through all this... just had to say.
