BD schedule?

What is your BD schedule during high fertility days, or your cyle in general?

How far in advance of anticipated O do you BD?

Re: BD schedule?

Before I got my BFP I tried to start Bding on CD8 then every other day until O was confirmed. However, since I got my BFP my chart showed that I got pregnant 3 days before I O'd. So now I know I should continue to BD early since I can def. get preggo days before I O.

ETA: prior to my BFP once I got my positive OPK I would try to BD every day for 3 days straight (though that hardly ever happened for one reason or another).

Re: BD schedule?

Using the CBEFM, start BDing on first high day and BD every other day until Peak then BD every day for 3 days. That's our plan but i went from high to low and never made it to peak but it was our first month using it.

Re: BD schedule?

Before my BFP we started on CD 7 and just kept going until I confirmed O with temps and then did one more day for good measure. It was like 9 days in a row or something like that.

Re: BD schedule?

Today is cd12 an haven't bd yet. This is only going to be my second month using an OPK. But the first time i tried it (with success, but ended in MC), I O'd on cd26...and we only bd the day of the smiley face (and two days before smiley)

This time around the plan is starting next week we will bd every other day until smiley face appears. Then i'd like to bd for three straight days.

Re: BD schedule?

This month I decided not to track anything to hopefully ease some of the pressure. We just decided to BD every other day for my entire cycle.. We will see if it works!
