It's actually me that needs the help to teach her a schedule, especially with sleeping long at night. DD is 6 weeks old so she a little young but I want to be prepared. Thanks

I don't think you need a book. I would just start a bedtime routine now, bath, story, bottle/nursing, bed. Don't expect it to work right away, but keep doing it every night anyway. By two to three months or so, she will be on her own schedule.

I first read BabyWise then read Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child and I SO much prefer Sleep Habits!!

DD still to this day (9 months) follows the 2 hr wake time and I like how the book was written and how Dr Weissbluth advocates crying, but gives 3 options (totaly CIO, cry/comfort-soothe, or a no cry method) and he also addresses colicky and premature babies seperate from term babies
