OPK question that's probably been asked 1million times!
I am using the cheapy online OPK strips this month... I know the 2nd line has to be equally as dark as the control line for it to be "positive" but if I get a line that is not as dark, but still there, does that mean the line will keep gettng darker until it is just as dark..... so what I am asking is does the faint line mean the darker line (ovulation) will be coming soon??? TIA!

No not necessarily. I get a faint line throughout the cycle. You may notice it start to get darker but I wouldn't go by that. I invested in the digitals last month. Such a big difference. No guessing.

I think for some women it means that the surge is coming. At least for me it did. My line would start getting darker and darker each day starting on CD8 until I hit my surge around CD12-13. I wouldnt necessarily go by that but yes, its possible I would think.

thanks ladies!!! I have the digital ones too but I'm too cheap to use them. I figured I will use them once I get a darkish/equally as dark line to "double-check"
