My little girl
is kicking up a storm this morning. It's soooo amazing and even more exciting that my DH is finally able to feel it!!
She actually woke me up at 5 am with what I think were hiccups. Felt like a little frog was in there jumping up and down and a trampoline. Very rhythmic thumps.

I keep describing my new kicks as thumps verses flutters as well. How do you know if its kicks or hiccups?

I think they were hiccups because they were very rhythmic...like every few seconds I'd get a strong thump (you could see it) in the same spot for about 5 minutes. Usually the kicks are more sporadic and don't last as long.

I would say mine thumps are kicks bc they happen like once every 2 min or so...not like thump, thump, thump...

my little baby kicks like crazy ALL of the time...he even keeps me up at night! DH can feel it too...its absolutely amazing!!!
