Massages
You think I'd never been pregnant before. . . I forget.
DH got me a mini day of beauty for mother's day, when is it not ok to get a massage?

I thought you can get a prenatal massage as long as it's a prof place and they know what they're doing.
Then again I heard pple say stuff about not getting pedicure and I get them all the time. Had no issues.
I NEED a good massage! Go and enjoy a prenatal massage!

You cannot get a massage in the 1st trimester. Any place that I went made me have a doctors note even though I was in the 2nd & 3rd trimesters....but the 1st is a no-no.

1st tri is a no, 2nd and 3rd are ok. make sure its a really reputable place so they know what they are doing.

Last time I was pregnant I had one in the first trimester, its not a no-no its just that some places won't do it b/c of the high risk of miscarriage in first tm, they don't want to get blamed-- but its absolutely safe. Just make sure to tell them you're preggo.

make sure when you get the massage you ask for a prenatal one!
