ANDREALMT!!!! Or anyone who knows about massages!!!
I got a $100 GC to Atlantis Health Network and want to use it for a massage but am always so confused by all the choices!!!
So either expert advice from Andrea is needed  or what does everyone else recommend that they get/enjoy?

I would either go for the swedish or hot stone.
reflexology is a foot massage, sports massage is probably the same as deep tissue. I'm not sure on any of the others.

I love a hot stone, but if you are sensitive it might be a little rough the first few minutes.
Swedish is also good. Shiatsu is good if you like a nice deep massage.

Hot Stone is sooo good, sweetish is a reg. massage and always great.
I just got into Reflexology I had my feet done and it was great.

Aromatherapy is an add-on (I guess if I chose a particular type of massage and wanted aromatherapy, they would use good smellin' stuffs accordingly!! )!!

What type of pressure do you like Wendy?
Hot Stone is kind of just a trendy massage IMO, I don't enjoy giving them, and most LMT's will agree with me.

I got a hot stone massage a few months ago at a fancy schmancy spa. I thought I would do something different than swedish. I wasn't impressed- it felt alright, but no overwhelming sense of relaxation like after a swedish. They're not kidding either- the stones are HOT!!
