temp ?
Orally or vaginally? Which do you recommend and will I get an accurate reading with both?

Some woman get accurate temps using it orally but I personally found that temping vaginally was best for me. The first few months I temped orally and my temps. were erractic. Once I started temping vaginally everything made so much more sense. So for me personally I would say vaginally.

I haven't temped vaginally, just orally and I don't seem to have a problem. I always make sure I hold the thermometer in the right spot under my tongue every morning and my temps show a clear shift during O. I've heard that vaginally is definitely more accurate though, but I can't do that every morning.
