UPDATE 2nd RE appointment
Went for my second BETA test and a sono this time. We got to see a little black "blob" She said it's too early on to see anything else. We go back again next thursday as long as everything keeps going good. Now we wait again for BETA results to come back today. She said they should double since tuesday.... PRAYING for this 
Just called the RE office. I was getting nervous because they didnt call me. She said they only call if something is wrong. Thats great but im the type who wants a call GOOD or BAD!!! Well anyway, BETA numbers more than doubled!!! I am starting to get a little excited but still worried. Whats meant to be will be right?
