EWCM
so EWCM happens before & during O, right?
does it happen after? is it possible to have it after you O? Just trying to figure out when I O'ed this month since OPK's were no help.
I had O cramps (which i usually get) on a few diff days but I am just trying to see if I can pinpoint the O a little better. I kept track of days I had cramps/EWCM

Most women usually have EWCM for a few days prior to O. And the consistency does usually change after you O. So technically the last day that you notice EWCM is a very fertile day and you are about to O.

Sperm live for about 3 days (sometimes up to 5) so really, any in the three days before you O is VERY good. It only takes one.

I;m not sure how long my cycles are exactly bc I never really paid to much attention before. my period is pretty regulary.... i went off bcp in september & I get my period between the 4-6 every month (except december it was a week & a half late for no reason!) also, I wasn't very good with the bcp...i would go on & off it & switched from pill to patch to ring too.
I had EWCM on 4/20, 4/21, 4/23 & 4/26...
on 4/17, 4/18, 4/19, 4/21, 4/22, 4/23, 4/24, 4/26, 4/27, 4/28
