Looking to TTC in 4 months. What did you do to prepare?
Did you do anything to prepare for the process? Just curious.

Went off Birth Control, started taking Prenatls and tracking my cycles (not with OPK)

prenatal vitamins for sure...
the month before we started, i used OPKs just to get an idea of how my cycles work..

Really prenatals are the only thing you really *should* do before you start actively trying.
But if you aren't 100% sure of your cycles and when you ovulate you might want to seriously consider OPK's for a month or two. Just to give you peace of mind.
ETA - Some women also go for a pre-ttc check up with their gyno before they actively start trying, but I didn't do that, and I don't think it's necessary.

Just prenatals to TTC #2. For DS we had genetic testing done prior to TTC.

I just started prenatals but I would also recommend using OPKs just to get and idea of when you O.

I got a physical. also I did a trial run with an OPK before we were actually TTC to see what it was /how it worked. Thats about all. GOOD LUCK
Also took prenatals! I did not give anything up and I am glad I didn't 9 mths is a long time

This was my next question- will any ol vitamins do, or are there certain OTC prenatals? Women's 1 a Day... etc??

I take Walgreens brand--it is a two pill deal. My dr said it is perfect and did not even prescribe me anything else
