might be silly but what temperature do I cook chicken legs at and for how long?
without drying them out?? I always feel like they are dry when I try cooking them in the oven. I must be doing something wrong.

i cook chicken at 400...maybe try putting tin foil over it and a little chicken broth in the bottom of the pan.
