I always cover in aluminum foil, I think it keeps it more moist

thanks for the info ladies. im going to try to make sorta like chicken parm, but i dont know if im going to bread it or not. i think im going to season it and then use alfredo sause instead of tomato and top it with mozzerella

I usually cook chicken cutlets for 35-40 minutes on 350.
