HELP! What Could This Be Spinoff? (kinda long)
After reading this post I have a couple of more question about this topic for you ladies. Someone mentioned if you get two lines on an OPK at the time your AF is due it can possibly be that its detecting the pregnancy hormone.
Here is my question:
Would you need to also get the smiley on the digital OPK, as well as two lines or could you get JUST two lines without the smiley and this theory hold true?
Also, what if the two lines are a little different in color? Such as: the control line be a little darker than the other line? In turn, woudld this then mean no chance?
"Normally", should you NOT get two lines on an OPK at the time AF is due or does a second line ALWAYS show up throught your whole cycle, just depends on the darkness of it?

I usually always get a second line on OPK. The darkness changes but throughout my cycle it's usually there and faint.

I am not 1000% sure but I think that line on that type of test is just there to make sure it is working.

It's not just two lines on an OPK, it's a positive OPK, so the test line would have to be darker... Or a smiley face... It's so hard to tell so I used a smiley face! Good luck!!

I agree with this. I also don't think you would get a positive OPK before you would get a pos HPT. Did you take a HPT?

I agree with this. I also don't think you would get a positive OPK before you would get a pos HPT. Did you take a HPT?
I used FMU at (I think) 10 DPO b/c I had extra digital OPKs lying around and just felt like it and I had a feeling and I got a smiley... I then tried a regular one and got a positive OPK with the test line darker.. I then tried a digital pregnancy test and got a positive on HPT the next morning...

You wouldn't get a + on opk until pregnancy was further along. Sorry,
I'm not familiar with the  opks.
