Did anyone stim for a long time for ivf
Ugh!I'm drained. Today is day 9. I have over 10 follies now but biggest are around 13 and smallest 6. My menopur dose has been doubled and my estrogen is just ehhh. I think it's 297. I have low estrogen! Day 3 it was 30. Should I be worried again? So I am ordering more drugs as I will be stimming at least until mon. Am I in any danger of a failed ivf or is this common? Why am I sooo slow!!

I went on ganirelix early in my stim cycle,day 5 I think. I am told that can slow e2 a bit. They are growing,I'm just sick of sticking myself lol

I've had cycles where stim is anywhere from 10-14 days. Good luck

my stim was about 13 days. i oversuppress from BCP so it took two extra days. i also started ganirelix very early to lower my LH.

What protocol are you on? Is it an estrogen priming protocol? I ask because it is a slow protocol often with very low estrogen numbers if you area lso using an antagonist like you are. I stimmed for 14 days for both of my IVF's and seriously thought that I would lose my mind. As for the ganerilix...yes...it can decrease your estrogen numbers by as much as half which is why once you are on ganerilix/cetrotide, they go by follie size and not by E2 numbers as they are no longer reliable.
They will add ganerilix/cetrotide to prevent LH from rising and/or to prevent premature ovulation.

I'm on gonal f , 3 75 vials and 2 menopur now and ganirelix was added stim day 5. I am also on dexamethasone at night, what type of cycle is this? I wonder if this is bc of endo? I had pcos based on fsh and lh ratio but post miscarriage I had it has been lower?! So I have no idea,lol!

I've stimmed up to 14 days with my past cycles, it's ok! I was just a slow responder. You will be fine!

ten days is pretty normal.
one of my TI cycles i stimmed for 21 days!!!

10 days seems on the shorter side to me, if anything  I've stimmed for wayyy longer in past cycles.
