I got my smiley on a Saturday morning..but the Thursday evening before i started getting EWCM, so we bed thursday evening..and then again Saturday evening (day of smiley). I also drank a ton of that green leaf tea prior to getting smiley. i'm pretty sure i O'd really late saturday night/sunday morning..as i got a really sharp pain around midnight.

The cycle we got a BFP we did:
CBEFM
CB OPK's to confirm the night before
Deanna's Plan and added in cycles - the one that got me pregnant was the sex from the day before my first O day.
Used Preseed
prayed to st gerard (it was the first cycle I got my medal and prayed)
We didn't put feet in the air during the actual that got the BFP because haha... we were in a car (nissan rouge) on a family vacation!
umm can't think of what else, but if I do I will add it on.

on cd's 10, 13, 14,17, 18... I never got a smiley so I think I O'd on cd 12 or 13.
The only thing I did differently this month was drinking way more water than I normally would. I heard this helps increase ewcm.

drank raspberry leaf tea, that was the only thing different!
eta: fwiw, i got a bfn at 8 & 9 dpo. got bfp at 10dpo on frer, but bfn on CBE Digital. bfp on CBE digital at 12dpo. my LP was generally between 7-10 days, usually 9, so idk if that was a factor in when the bfp showed up. i had light spotting (ridiculously light) at 12dpo.

So you only the day before your +OPK but not the day of the OPK or after?

Seriously, just typing that out made me tired!!!!!! I also put a pillow under my hips and laid with my legs in the air for about 20 minutes after we were done.

I used the CBFM. We CD 10 (still had a low reading, but wasn't sure if it was working), CD 11 (high), CD 12 (high), CD 14 (peak.) IF we conceived CD 14, most likely, it was a quick rushed where I had to immediately get up and run out the door after, LOL.
No mucinex or anything else. We did use Preseed occasionally. DH hates it, so if I used it CD 14 it was just a tiny amount.

Yup, totally serious. It was exhausting, but we made it fun ALso, DH and I were on vacation for 2 weeks when the marathon happened so that definitely had alot to do with it!

But we did Deanna's Plan ( http://www.pregnancyloss.info/sperm_meets_egg_plan.htm)--I feel this really covers your bases for the month. Although I do admit the first month we TTC we couldn't do it *exactly* bc of work schedules, so sometimes life does get in the way, but 2nd month we did it 100% and got a BFP!
Used preseed. I feel like this helped, maybe it is in my head but the reviews I read online all said that they got preggo right away using it and I did too!!
Also we used CBE OPK's.
