Question about EWCM

When you first notice it, does that mean you are ABOUT to O? Or that you ARE Oing? A few times today, I felt a weird tugging kind of sensation by my left ovary, and I just went to the bathroom and noticed EWCM. My cycles have been wacky since getting AF back after having my DC, so I have no clue what my timing is like as far as O. I didn't really want to get into OPK's (not yet at least), but wanted to just pay attention to my body to figure things out. HELP!! TIA!

generally it means you're about to. as far as i know.

and by about to, i mean within the next few days.

i think the same thing- you're about to O- I had alot of EWCM monday, I got a positive OPK on tuesday (still have EWCM tuesday and now wed as well)

The OPK's say that when you get a positive- you are most likely to O within 24 -36 hours.....

Honestly it really varies person to person... I get EWCM about 5 days to a week before O, and even after. This month, I even had it after throughout the 2WW. I am waiting to get my period now.
