ok this is way tmi BUTT 
the drippiness is the seminal fluid, not the sperm.. and though some people say peeing after sex will decrease the chances of conception, all pee does is it clears the urethera.. if you see a blob or something its your fluids, seminal fluid sans the good sperm (the good fit sperm race to upwards), some abnormal sperm which you would have passed during the course of the day and any lubes if you used any..

like a min. and then i bolt to pee bc am prone to uti's. i heard a friend's friend got pregnant even after she'd immediately pee and shower after bd though!
