ladies who are in there late 30's please come in...
Do you have a age where you'll just be done trying? I'm 38 and sometimes I think about this. I wondering how long I will keep on trying. I really thought by this age I would be done having kids, but who would have known I'd have all this problems....

I am almost 38. I will probably be done after I have one but if it happens soon then maybe try for a 2nd. I don't know if mentally I can go through this a 2nd time.

Im 38 and just got pregnant with our first
DH keeps referring to 'when we have a 2nd one' and i just  at him and say, lets see how this first one goes considering it took us 2 years to get here!
i personally think i'm done.. but i guess i'll see how it goes

I'm 38 and not giving up yet! I am hoping to qualify for Attain however the cut off is 38 so not sure if I will be able to get the Attain with the refund? However it could still happen for all of us, it is so hard to stay possitive after so many BFN but I like to remain hopeful.

I'm 39 - Going to be 40 in May. Had my DD at last March at 38. It took us about a year with the RE to get pregnant with her, after trying over a year on our own.
We are working on DC #2 now - On our 2nd IUI cycle - in the 2ww now.... I am not sure how long we'll try for - Hope it doesn't take a year this time!

I am 38 and 12 weeks pregnant with triplets after having a daughter 14 years ago. I am done with this one. If it would have been one baby I would have tried for another one two years after.

I had DS when I was 38 and here I am after TTC#2 for a year now turning 40 in June. DH and I have decided to just keep trying until the insurance is capped (we have about 2 more IVF cycles left).

I had DD at just shy of 38, after two years of trying a few losses and a failed IVF.
Because of my age (and DH's as well), we went for #2 when DD was 6 months old. Took 4 months with a FET. I had DS at 39.
I will be 40 in less than two months. If the last FET cycle hadn't worked, I would have been done.

I am almost 38 and am currently in the 2WW for my second IVF. I honestly don't know how long I'll keep going if this cycle doesn't work. Sometimes I say this is it and other times I say we'll keep going until we get pregnant. It's such a roller coaster of emotion.
