Late 3rd Trimester Ladies- What do you have left to do?

Lets see...

I have to:

-Organize the nursery a little bit more
-Pack my bag for the hospital
-Make and freeze some meals for when we get home.
-Finish Shower Thank Yous


I'm trying to think of what else I have to do!

What about everyone else?

I cant say that I am "late" 3rd trimester (can I?) but I need to pack my hospital bag. I will do that in 3 weeks... and I need the nesting instinct to kick in!

I need to install the carseat. Call to confirm registration at hospital and organize just a little more.
Have you picked your pediatrician?? I just made our decision last week!! have you done any baby laundry???

We are almost there! I only have about 2.5 weeks!! AHHH!!!

I am 35 weeks today and have so much left to do. We are in the process of finishing our basement so that took a priority over most things in the house.

My to do list:
-setup her room (we already have the furniture) and put all her clothes and things away
-get out bottles and baby things that I packed away (swing, bouncer)
-buy a carseat
-buy a stroller
-buy a monitor

I am sure there is more, but I can't think right now. 4 weeks from today is my c-section so I have plenty of time.

What am I considered to be? Late trimester even though I am only 30 weeks 5 days. I have 35 days left so 5 weeks exact. Being in the hospital I feel so detached. I dont know what I should be delegating others to do for me.

hmmmm....

Im sure I will have some shopping to do..Im waiting for after to my shower (which is Sunday) to see what I still need to get.

*Pack my Bag
*Make up a phone call list for DH
*Call the Mohel (DH's job)
*Find a Pediatrician (this is what happens when you have to change Drs and Hospitals at 32 weeks!!!! UGH)
*Do a major Costco Run (food for other kids)

i have to

pack a hosp bag

finish the nursery

buy things at bru/return things at bru

write out my shower thank yous

wash baby cloths

put together stroller, swing

install carseat , get it checked


wow i have alot to do, i am due aug 26 in 36 days!!!

Im just waiting for this baby to come out. OH, and i have to clean my car and install carseat. I think DH will do that when im in the hospital.

Paint our bedroom
Order crib, mattress and dresser
Get our car seat installed
Schedule my hospital tour
Prepare my hospital bag
Wash all of his clothes and sheets

And I think thats about it...I have organized ALL of my closets and made room for our things as well as the baby's things...

I have 10 weeks to go and still have to:

Organize/Decorate Nursery
Paint hallway and new doors
Pack hospital bag
Get misc hospital items
Wash baby clothes

I have 12 days until my due date. I have to finish packing my hospital bag for DH and I.

I have
picked out birth announcements
car seat installed and checked
preregistered with the hospital
ordered all baby furniture (not permitted in the house until the baby is born)
purchased baby layette
found a pediatritian
discussed mohels with the rabbi - was told to call once the baby is born
made a phone call list

I have 8 weeks left and all I've done is . . .

- had shower and sent Thank Yous
- taken birthing classes
- started painting nursery
- installed car sear and set up pack-n-play (aka back-up crib)

Here's what DH and I still have left
- finish painting nursery (hopefully this week)
- preregister at hospital
- pack hospital bag
- wash baby clothes
- figure out how to rent a breast pump
- find a pediatrician
- return things to BRU / buy nursery bedding & glider
- make crib and changing table (DH's job -- he insisted)
- put together stroller

Also we still have to rewire, paint, and move furniture into our new BR --

17 days to go....and amde huge stides this weekend.

I have to install infant seat in my car (DH's is ready to go).

Set up pack n play

Organize the stuff we setup in babies room this weekend.

Finish organizing stuff I moved to my son's big boy room from the nursery.


I was stressing we wouldn't get done but luckily this baby is hanging in there longer than my first did and giving me time to finish up my 4 page to do list.

im 36 weeks today and im pretty much all done. now im just waiting for baby to get here...

i am already 90% effaced and 4 cm dilated though so that is why i rushed to get eveything done!! my little could come at anytime!!!

ETA: are you installing the infant car seat before you go to the hospital? i was just planning on having DH do it before he picks us up??
