I'm starting the same bad habit....
... all over again. last time ttc I gained 20 pounds before before pg.. Every month I get my hopes up and subconsciensly (sp?) think I am pg and keep eating or get depressed that i'm not pg and keep eating.. I'm so afraid again of gaining so much weight again.. last time it was so fast that it through my cycle off and it took 8 months to get pg. I wish I could relax and not think about ttc but its ALL I think about..
