Faint positive with FMU and negative same afternoon
Has anyone had a faint but visible positive in the morning and same afternoon, nothing, a negative?

Did you use the same kind of test? Some tests are more sensitive than others

Yes, I did. Yesterday evening I got a BFN on a cheapie after getting a BFP with FMU. I did get a line on the FRER. This morning dark lines on both. My urine was very diluted in the evening and I knew it, I'm just a POAS addict.

Yes, I used a First Response. The faint positive was yesterday morning and this morning and even though it was faint, it was clearly there and the same afternoon, nothing.

How many DPO are you? You might be really early and your pee might be too diluted to pick up on a test. Your HcG levels doubles every 48 hours I think try testing tomorrow again your line should be getting darker as the days go by.

Test tomorrow and keep testing. You're probably just early and not holding your pee enough at night. I think congrats are in order though!!!!!!!

yes, this def happens often.
hold your pee longer and don't drink too much liquids beforehand.
FMU is usually the best to test with.

Afternoon urine was probably too dilute like you said. I would test again in the morning! A positive is a positive, even if faint!!!
