My Mom is Min, Damien made it up and she liked it so we kept it.
My MIL is Nana nad FIL is Poppy.
My Dad is Grandpa and My Stepmother is Grandma.

I would have liked Andrew to call both sets of grandparents Grandma and Grandpa and distinguish between them by saying Grandma "Last Name".
However, my MIL only wants to be called GRAM  For some reason, I don't like it at all! Whatever, what can I do

My niece and nephew call my Mom Grandma so my child will also call her Grandma. My MIL hasn't decided what she wants to be called yet but it will probably be Nana. Both DH and I called our Grandmothers Nana.

there are so many names flying around our house - it must be the reason DS hasn't said any of them.
We have grandma, granny, uma, oma, abuela, abuelita
When I was a kid I called my grandmothers, grandma, but when I was talking to my parents about them I would call them Grandma "Last name" - seems a bit formal? but it worked.
