sinuses are killing me
I know that sudafed can dry up CM- so what can I take while TTC that wont dry me up but help my sinuses- it hurts so bad

Try a neti pot, it is a little strange at first but you will feel amazing afterwards.

Yes!!!! I cannot live without my neti pot.
You can also try just a plain saline nasal spray (it's just salt water, no medicine), or leaning over a steaming sink/pot of boiling water.

Yes!!!! I cannot live without my neti pot.

oooo DH has a neti pot- it kinds scares me! LOL but ill give it a try and i like the steaming water trick- Thanks Ladies!

thanks- i saw that robatussin and Mucinex can help with CM but I dont know if either will help my sinus's either- I'll just get all hopped up on these meds and hope i pass out!
