WW new plan????

I havent posted much lately but, was wondering what everyone thinks about the new WW program. I had been doing the old one on and off for 13 yrs and getting used to the new way.
Do you eat all your pionts? Did you lose right away? How much fruit are you eating?

Love it!!!! I started on January 5 and I've lost about 10 lbs. I love being able to eat as much fruit as I want and the extra points is great!

I like it a lot so far. I can see how those who really enjoy carbs might have a hard time with it, but I am content to use most of my points on the power foods. I'm all about quantity, and I feel like I can eat more and still be successful with the new plan.

Re: WW new plan????

love it!
i was a carb addict and never really knew how to give them up.

now, i can eat carbs, but i won't be able to eat much more that day.

if i cut a carb in 1/2, i get so much more bang for my buck each day.

seriously, i swear for the first 3 days i was in carb withdrawal. weak and headachy
