What spices do you always have on hand?
What about marinades and stuff

Re: spices
I always have a ton of spices on hand: (and although it seems like a lot to me, it feels like there are hundreds I am missing)
-basil -parsley -onion powder -garlic powder -oregano -red pepper flakes -salt -pepper -cumin -paprika -ground ginger -cinnamon -nutmeg -cayenne -cilantro -chili powder -fennel seeds -bay leaves
For dry rubs/mixed spices: -montreal steak seasoning -montreal chicken seasoning
That's all I can remember right now. I always try to have fresh basil, ginger, thyme, rosemary, and sage on hand.
Now for marinades... I don't keep any really. Right now i have a buffalo wild wing sauce. I create marinades on the spot and for that I keep soy sauce, franks red hot, fresh garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, different kinds of oils, and other products on hand to mix it up.

Re: spices
My spice cabinet is full to bursting. My most often used are:
Kosher Salt Black Pepper Parsley Basil Oregano Red Pepper Flakes Herbes de Provence Five Spice Granulated Garlic Bay Leaves Cinnamon Chili Cumin Curry Powder Onion powder Sage Poultry Seasoning Thyme Paprika Season Salt Adobo Goya Sazon Saffron
Other stuff I usually have handy: Cardamom Tarragon Pickling Spices Italian Seasoning Savory Celery Salt Creole Seasoning Montreal Steak Seasoning Sesame Seeds Whole Nutmeg Vanilla Bean Achiote Annato Seeds Allspice Greek Seasoning Dill Marjoram Tumeric Pumpkin spice Ginger Lavender Coriandor Dry Mustard Cloves Savory Ginger Star Anise Tandoori Spice (Thank You Shapla!! )
I even keep citric acid powder.. but that's more for making experiments with the littles.
Actually.. I probably need to clean out and refill my spice cabinet - it's been at least a year and a half!!

Re: spices
The ones I go through the fastest seem to be chili powder and cumin. I make a LOT of chili!
The others I use most are probably basil, oregano, parsley, ginger, nutmeg, and Cinnamon.
