marinated skirt steaks
homemade tacos (no mix, all me)
mexican lasagna
fish or shrimp orgenata
there are more, haha, i cook alot....
I wanna eat at your house!!  I think you should share some recipies

most recently i made the most amazing brown rice in the over and pasta with ricotta, sun dried tomatoes, and peas.

I've made a few really good things - I make some mean brownies and I used to make really good oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, but I haven't made them in a few years. I also made a version on the Baked French Toast that was posted on here and it was really delicious.
For food food, I make really good veggie lasagna.
I would love the veggie lasagna recipe!

I have only maded it once but it definitely was one of the best things I ever made...A chicken scampi dish with tons of butter and cream, garlic, onions, spices and served over linguine.
Sounds yummy, recipe please!
