Sorry...sorry...sorry...another question
I think that this is my last one but I need some advice/hand holding.
When you make an offer and you sign the sales agreement...is it best to wait until the owner signs as well before moving forward?
Can someone walk me through the offer process up to acceptance?
THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!!!

You have to wait till they accept your offer, then you can have an engineer come in.

same here..their realtor called us and told us they accepted and then we made an appt w/ the engineer for the inspection and then met w/ our lawyer and we both signed the contract within a few days of eachother.

I don't think the owner signs the sales agreement. once your offer is accepted, you can get an inspection and if you don't then you move on to the next part of signing the contracts at the lawyers.
your lawyer or theirs will draw up a sales agreement contract and both parties will sign once everything that is on the paper is agreed upon.

Re: Sorry...sorry...sorry...another question
We got our offer verbally but a binder was drawn up and given to us signed by the buyers. However we were advised not to sign it as teh sellers
