Deanna's plan girls...
Okay so just wondering.
If you get a  and  three days why does the plan recommend skipping a day and one last time.
Of course we will do it no problem 
But I am wondering bc everything I read says it is always btter to before and after you O you can't get preggo...any insight on this?

This is my first month trying the plan, but I think I read the extra day takes into account a late O
