CBEFM- How late can I start using it?
I am CD7 today. I ordered the CBEFM last week, it will probably come on Monday. Is that too late to start using it for this cycle? I have longish cycles (32-35 days) and I usually O late (around CD 19-22). Hope it's not too late!!

yes too late for this cycle.
i think cd 5 or 6 is the last day you can start. i don't really remember though.
it could even be cd3. but cd7 is DEF too late. you will have to wait till the next cycle to start using it. I had the same issue when I first bought it.

Yeah I missed 2 cycles on it, one cause I got it too late and then the next we took off and I didn't want to bring it with me to my parents for the week so I just started it Thursday.
