Female issues: Everything age related - DOR, poor responder, egg quality. Also endometriosis.

Male issues: None.

Began TTC in Summer 2008.
BFP in October 2008. M/C at 6 weeks.
Saw RE #1 February 2009.
IUI #1 March2009 on Gonal-f - BFP but chemical.
IUI #2 - #3 April/May 2009 on Gonal-f/bravelle - nothing.

ETA: Had Laparoscopy in November 2009 for endo and cyst on left ovary.

RE #2 December 2009 for IVF.
IVF #1 - Estrogen priming protocol with BCP: ovulated due to their poor monitoring. Donor eggs recommended. Goodbye RE #2.

RE #3 February 2010 - April 2010.
IVF #2 - Lupron Flare protocol: No follicles. Donor eggs recommended. We decide to look at other options.

RE#4 August 2010 - Now.
IVF #3 - Estrogen priming with antagonist: produced 2 follicles. First retrival but no eggs. I suggest donor eggs. RE wants to give it another try with my eggs.

IVF #4 - No estrogen, no lupron, no bcp. Straight into stims from AF on CD5. Gonal-f/follistim, menopur, ganirelix, dexamethasone. Added HGH. So far 5 follicles but 4 looking good at 16 - 19. Praying for a good retrieval next week.

RE: Been to 3 different RE's and apparantly I look GREAT on paper! Yay thanks!

Had elevated NK cells but they were back to normal within a month. I almost feel that wasnt even a cause b/c I question why I didn't get pg while my levels were normal??

Conceived naturally this summer and lost it 7 weeks!

Back to the drawing board.......

Male Issues: Bi-lateral varicocle severe MFI

IUI not reccomended for us went straight to IVF.

RE Columbia Dr. Tortoriello: IVF/ICSI - 2/07 - BFP Resulted in DD

Natural Chemical 1/2008

Sept 08 Varicocele repair surgery

NO BC entire time this is all going on no more BFPs

12/10 - DH SA counts are way bad...natural TTC #2 until IVF In February

RE NYU Dr. Liccardi IVF/ICSI - 2/11

Me: Low progesterone, not ovulating regularly

DH: possible low (30%) motility

TTC naturally: October 2009-November 2010

Very Late AF, June 2010: .25 progesterone

First Cycle of Clomid: December 2010- 4 follicles, 10 progesterone, BFN

Second Cycle of Clomid: January 2011

Doctor wants me to wait on IUI as he said last month was the first time he can tell me that I definitely ovulated. He thinks DH and I can make this work on our own. Unfortunately I don't believe him...but we're gonna try!!
