Ok...
I must be out.....4 days late and 2 tests, both BFNs. I didn't test close together either. I let a day go by before I did it again.
IO just found out both my sister in laws have started to try, and I swear, if one of them gets pregnant before me I am going to cry.

You are still in the game! 
And, I second your feeling about those that start trying after you!! I have a friend that got preg first try and is 24 weeks (started after me), a friend that is 9 weeks on second try (started after me), SIL trying for 6 months now (started after me), cousin 9 weeks (second try, started after me) and friend that is 30 weeks (started afte me), etc. Every time I hear of someone being preggo, I'm initially happy for them, but then sad for me. I just can't help it

I agree! Remember my friend, who is now 16 weeks, that never got a BFP, but never got AF.
