I wore some cotton gauchos and a t-shirt to our last one.
I wish we were like CA. We were the sellers at our last one and there was SO much crazy drama. I hate closing on houses- buying or selling- 50% they have been total stressers!

we both wore jeans, tshirts , and sneakers
 we closed in august 2005 and it was HOT.

the lawyers will be in suits
closing doesnt take long- so it really doesnt matter what you wear

thanks all for your advice and best wishes Closing went fine ! I wore a tan skirt and black sleeveless knit top with black mules (comfortable and stylish ) and DH wore Khakis and a blue button down short sleeve

DH dressed up because he had to run to work, but I just looked neat in dress capris and a shirt.
The seller came dressed in jeans and a t-shirt. I felt it was an occasion worth dressing up!!!

I was 3 months pregnant and I was working at a day camp. I woare my camp t - s hirt and shorts I had to go to camp after

I wore casual pants and a nice top.......my fiancee wore khakis and a polo top. Not to dressed down, just in between.
